I found the part talking about Saban and the Dolphins fascinating. I know I think of Saban as being a great coach, but the part when Drew asks Saban if he believes in him and Saban paused, then pushed it off to the medical staff, was telling. No wonder Nick ran back to college. In college, if a guy gets hurt like this and you are at a major school, you just plug in the next 4 or 5 star recruit. In the NFL, you have to not only be able to evaluate talent, but you have to be able to evaluate a person. Obviously the Saints had no reservations about Drew's ability to come back and they were rewarded for that faith. Huge mistake. Also, the arrogance of the Dolphins organization during the whole thing was also shocking. You wouldn't think it had been 37 years since they won anything significant the way they acted. The Saints honesty, faith, and humbleness got them a HOF QB and the Dolphins got Daunte Culpepper.
