lit it up again tonight. On the other hand, Brodie Croyle absolutely sucks...still. But the Saints must work on their red zone offense...no sense in not being able to rush the ball when you have to.
the solution is they simply won't start brodie. and no way do they go 3-13. they're bad, but they do play the raiders twice. that's 2 wins right there.
I'm giving 'em one against the Raiders (at Arrowhead, of course), and they should get destroyed by the rest of that division. Of course Croyle isn't going to start, but let's see how Huard does when teams have film of him, and he has one receiver, and a TE that he doesn't like to throw to.
That Indy game is starting to look like it might have Arena League type scoring. If the Saints could force a turnover or two in that game, I like their chances.
Not only Kennison and Bowe...but Larry Johnson. LJ would take a lot of pressure off of whomever lines up under center. And for the record...from what I saw last night, Bowe has yet to prove (to them) that he CAN be counted on...you just can't drop passes in the NFL and expect to see the ball a lot.:nope:
Are you kidding? The entire KC offense was miserable last night. Bowe was thrown at a total of 2 times. He caught one for 21 yards. What more do you want? Their leading receiver last night caught 2 for 25 yards. This game does not say anything about Bowe's future in KC.
I heard on sports radio this morning that Brees in 35 of 39 in the preseason. As I stated in another thread, I'm starting to really like this guy.
