    Back when they barely threw the ball, also, he is 2nd in superbowl completion percentage behind phil simms, and i think sims only threw 15 passes in his superbowl win.

    Had he thrown a 3rd TD with that same stat line, I believe he would have been just over 105.

    I've always thought its unfair that 'clocking' the ball counts as a pass attempt. Trouble is, it has to count as something, and I don't know what else it could be.

    They could count it as a team pass attempt (and incompletion). Like when you get a team rebound in basketball.
