Sample set of the games that mattered at the end of the last 5 seasons. Note that the T A&M game was a bowl game in 2010 and LSU didn't play them in 2011.

    2010
    Record 3-1
    Bama 24-21
    Ole Miss 43-36
    Ark 23-31
    aTm 41-24
    Total points 131-112
    Average 32.75 - 28

    2011
    Record 3-0
    Bama 9-6
    Ole Miss 52-3
    Ark 41-17
    Total points 102-26
    Average 34 - 8.66

    2012
    Record 3-1
    aTm 24-19
    Bama 17-21
    Ole Miss 41-35
    Ark 20-13
    Total points 102-88
    Average 25.5 - 22

    2013
    Record 2-2
    Ole Miss 24-27
    Bama 17-38
    aTm 34-10
    Ark 31-27
    Total points 106-102
    Average 26.5 - 25.5

    2014
    Record 2-2
    Ole Miss 10-7
    Bama 13-20
    Ark 0-17
    aTm 23-17
    Total points 46-61
    Average 11.5 - 15.25

    2010-2014 Record 13 - 6

Conclusion: Clearly having a junior or senior QB makes a BIG difference in offense over a freshman or sophomore QB. The Defense has improved in 2014 over the last two years and hopefully the hemorrhaging to the NFL will slow to normal levels.

46 points in four games against four of LSU's principle rivals isn't going to cut it. Even though he's 8-4 for the year, I feel that the thermostat on Miles's seat has moved from OFF to LOW. Even if LSU beats its bowl game opponent 41-3, I think if the offense doesn't improve next year and we see another 8-4 season, the thermostat moves from LOW to MED or perhaps even HIGH.

    11.5 offense scoring is a f-ing joke.

I am a miles supporter. We saw improvement from the team, as a whole, this year so ill give miles a pass. But no improvements in the o in 2015 will, pull me from that stance. I am not saying yet I would switch the dark side but I'd be damn close.

You realize we are losing enough from the offensive line to make a significant difference? Needing a reliable arm next year is not desirable, it is a requirement. Grimes will have himself a massive off season to contend with.

And each one were drop back guys. I'm sure the offensive staff has this all figured out, though.

Check the stats below your post. He ain't in the top 3. He had one regular season game over 300 yards.

    But rohan was white.
