To those who have had nothing good to say, who have given up on this coach and team, and who have been predicting a 7-5/8-4 at best season, you're not welcome on the wagon. Just sit back and watch the rest of us enjoy the ride.

    --------------------------------------

1st of all no one I know has given up on this team. I damn sure have given up on the competence of Les Miles. Nothing would have changed from the 1st Tennessee fiasco had it not been for the fan outrage. We still would not see Lee if not for the SAME fans outrage. We have Chavis because of the real fans outrage.

We have a better offense because of Jarrett Lee, not because of this fraudulent 2 qb BS we're getting from Miles "game playing".

This team is super-talented, playing well, coached poorly. Where is the weak link in that chain? To want these players to get the coaching they deserve is far from bitching. To be happy with mediocre coaching is far more detrimental to a program than "bitching".

not no but hell no. what if Miles were to lose against UAB? He would get lynched. The worst season Saban had at LSU was 02 and that 02 team had the same record as the worst season Miles has had here, which was in 08. And Les won his bowl game in a blowout that year.

Also, I don't recall Les losing to an inferior Alabama 31-0 at home.

I'll give you Miss. St. at their place and same with Ole Miss at Oxford. Mississippi players have said too much this week about having the blue print to beating "Almighty Bama," in T-town. Those words have made the bulletin Boards. Thank you, Ole Miss.

Having R-Kansas past us is good, having the barn at our place is better, so yep, like I said earlier in the year, BR, Nov. 6 toughest game and probably for all the western marbles.

If LSU stumbles, the barners will step up and our game with them , gets huge.

I remember that game, really wasn't that close. Seems, Coach Saban had tugged on Superman's cape a little too hard the year before and didn't have much appreciation for the magnitude of the rivalry, particularly, home and home.

Mississippi has come up, but thier not at the 'Run Smack on Bame' stage just yet. Kids these days; what can you do? The Hogs are my 2nd biggest worry to rest of the season. Not because I think they are that much better than the birdtigers but because of the timing of the game. You have the same issue with the IB.

Toughest division in college football. Somebody is going to have to earn this one. Looking forward to Chavis creativity on stopping all 6'6", 250 lbs of fig newton. He can throw and the mad scientist does give them an air of uncertainty, at home no less. For my money, Mallet is more predictable.

Agreed. Plus we have lock down corners that should equalize some of Mallet's talent. But the big fig, everyone has to be on thier best game, he can find the cracks in the defense.

And the one thing that will bother him most, you have plenty, pressure. With the nastiest pass rush in the SEC, don't see the match-up problems. Doesn't mean they're not there, some teams just get in your head or have a better day, but the LSU D-fense seems to be built for this year's trip to the Ozarks.
