Way to step up. I can't say I disagree with your assessment.

Always comes back to someone getting their feelings hurt because somebody is discussing. :rolleye33:

To the casual fan, the W/L is all that matters. to a fan that has ties to the program and cares about the program, it all goes together. And by that, I mean that you take good with the bad. Some people just can't appreciate things... Such as a win. Or 6 in a row.

Straight up bashing is what most people have a problem with. Few people know how to point out concerns without throwing in the Fire this person, or Fire that person. It's childish and some of us defend that. It's not our fault that some people disagree and think we're stupid or blind for being supportive and optimistic.

But ESPECIALLY since 8 threads get started and 12 more get derailed with the SAME TIRED premise everytime. But then you have people that post and get all butthurt. It comes with the territory, friends.

Not sure who that geauxs out to, but if you felt betrayed by that statement, then you're probably somebody who needs to relax and enjoy the ride. Comment about the ride, but don't try and shut down the fair because it's bumpy.

    Saban's talent or Les'...I forget. :rolleye33:

Rolled up over 800 yards in two weeks...nearly matching the total of the 1st 4. I think we may be on to something. You are too blinded by your hatred to see it. With a functional pass things can click. Looks like we were limited by a one dimensional QB for 4 games. I've already shown you two coaching/clock management blunders by other coaches. You chose to "phooey" it away and ignore it.

Les "Horrible Coaching" Miles vs Urban "Terrible Coaching" Meyer...does that sum it up?

Or is it Horrible Meyer and Terrible Les. Man it's a surprise these two guys wake up and put one foot in front of the other in the morning.

please forgive me if I am not as thorough as I should be on this forum. it's my first day in here and all. I just signed up to see if the rumors were true. "Are the LSU fans turning on Les Miles?" I just want to add something here...Les has had some bad clock management in the past...Saturday against the Gators was NOT one of them. Am I one of the few that sees that he ran down the clock to make FL think that he was going for the field goal and not leaving any time for them to come back and win? Genius...not terrible or horrible! They expected to get a touchdown...didn't...and followed up with plays that won the game. Great plan...things done always go according to plan in any call, much less a gutsy one. However, inspite of the failed touchdown they got the first down, stopped the clock and ended up in the endzone. Am I missing something here?

What's next...fire Sean Payton because they may not win the superbowl again this year?

No, but before the season is out, people will be saying Payton gets "too cute".

If that's true then Kiffen should sue Saban for his soul back. There's a breech of contract angle here.

I mean, if you sell your soul to the devil for superb coaching abilities, don't you think Kiffen should have acomplished more in his coaching carreer??

He should be ranked ahead of Curly Hallman by now !!!

That's probably a tough household to be in right now, at USC. Guy brings his famous dad out to coach his defense, and dad's defense is getting absolutely lit up. Of course, that's just what Kiffen has coming to him. How do you fire your dad?
