You say that bama hung 41 on Tenn. and the only difference when bama played LSU they were struggling with suspensions and injuries? Who's fault were the suspensions? Inuries? Did LSU look like a healthy team when we played Tenn.? Starting QB out, Free Safety (Steltz) and the best defensive lineman in the country hobbled. When Orgeon, USC and WV loses their starting QB, they go down, we win the SEC without ours and what do we hear from TerryP? Nothing.

You made took veiled shots at Miles's coaching ability all offseason, say this is a year that he needs to prove himself, yet when he wins a SEC and NC you don't even bother to come on here and say that he did a good job. I checked, nothing from TerryP after the NC game.

I'm not going to scream ULM, but how many more of those type losses are the bama faithfull going to take?

Don't know TerryP, but as far as the critics are concerned, they are all invited to go down and check out all the hardware in the LSU trophy case. It speaks for itself.

    Excellent post, by the way!

And by the same token, our fans should recognize one of those crystal balls is for Saban, too.

Those crystal balls are for LSU, neither Saban or Miles. But Saban gets just as much credit for the 2003 one as Miles does for the 2007.

I couldn't agree more. He was driving the ship when it got turned around. Saban should get a lot of credit (for the 1st one and for the program), but not ALL of it.

CLM stepped in and has done an outstanding job; A+++. No one can argue with his 34-6 overall record at LSU.

Saban gets credit for 2003, and Miles for 2007.

    Possession is 9/10ths.

They are, first, more for the teams that, literally, won them, imo. The hard work, sweat, blood and guts- and that includes the coaches, too. Which is why I put "too" in my other post.

If not, for example, I can go take all my kids' trophies and say they aren't theirs since I funded their play, was on the Softball Board, umpired/called umpires, did the season schedule, etc.

No, you didn't. I have said he did a good job this year. And, I still question some of his decisions as do some of your own fans.

Of course, like that Brittney headset he sported in zona. What an awful decision.

He should have penalized himself for that fashion faux pas.
