    College football is a big money business and the Tigers were one of the most valuable teams in 2014.

    Forbes released its most valuable teams of 2014 and LSU came in at No. 5.

    The team value was set at $103 million with revenue at $88 million. It also determined that there was a profit of $50 million.

    The four schools ahead of LSU in order were Texas at No. 1 followed by Notre Dame, Michigan and Alabama.
