That's a great question. I really think had the events of last week not become public, Miles would have been fired after the A&M game, even after the win. So....yes, he deserves an apology, but what he got was better.
Miles extorted raises/contract extensions out of LSU three times since he has been there (Michigan, Michigan again, Arkansas). He deserves a pink slip, not an apology.
Exactly. Everyone is acting like Miles is an "aww shucks, I just want to do my job" kinda guy. It's a dirty game he's in but he plays his hand too.
Not talking about the job he has done. And the administration gave him that raise, they didn't have to. I'm talking about the way this whole thing was handled.
I don't understand your question. Of course alleva wasn't forced to give him a raise. Alleva's an idiot, that's why he got the raise after the Arkansas fiasco.
