That's what I want to see. Honestly I'd like to see Burrow throw 9 TD passes in that game and the last one with 8 seconds left, from the 35 yard line. Our 35 yard line.
I still regret never going to The Chimes or Louie's when I was at LSU in the mid 80's. Louie's always smelled great when I walked by it, but it looked like such a hole in the wall dump at that time that I was afraid to try it for fear of health code violations. Several years later Rolling Stone listed it as one of the best college burger joints in the nation. I was able to go to the new location a few years ago and enjoyed it.
Sammy's Grill (Highland & Starling)! An LSU hangout fo' schizzle! (Crawfish, catfish, ABITA! beer) Roberto's River Road Restaurant: Take Nicholson south to Bayou Paul Rd, right toward river, then right on River Rd. Get ready for some of the best-prepared fish you've ever eaten. Wish I was there!
I always go to the Chimes when I visit Baton Rouge the one on Coursey. If my Dad and I can meet up we will go to Louie's for breakfast.
I know and I live 40 miles west of Saint Louis. I miss the food and the Tigers. Family too as long as they take their meds.
