Also Collins coming in. The lights went out for Nuss at LSU when the light came on for JD. Bad luck for him, but he'll never start here (unless JD gets hurt this season).

Welcome back Izz. I had heard/read somewhere that he had already stated that he would be back, but if his improvement continues at this rate I think all bets are off.

I looked forward to Nuss being the guy one day, but that's the nature of the beast I guess. With the way he has been playing, I'd be just fine with him coming back one more year before handing the torch to Walker.

In these days in college football you never know. Where does he stand on his degree? I think he is just starting to get comfortable. I hope if he does Nuss and Howard both will stay. Be patient and wait your turn and may the best qb win.

I think that all depends on how well he plays down the stretch. If he continues to be hot, he would stupid to stay because you have to strike when you're hot because the NFL will turn cold on you real quick. Of course, if he leaves, the downside is we will have a brand new qb next year and neither is a runner like JD, so we will have to install a completely new offense to cater to the new qb's skills.

Cept Hurts outweighs him by 20-30lbs solid muscle, mostly lower body. Dude is not built to take the SEC hits. Most arent, especially on the run plays.

Yep, he needs to stay. College football is his ceiling.
