I just dont think they are coached well. Sad to say I eagerly await Miles fate. Bastard had more than enough time to change along with close to 50 mil in the bank.
Dupre went for it...i salute Dupre. If he went out of bounds Miles would have had times to think and call the next play.
It was not the players or the coaching . We do not have a o line , the replay clock showed 1 second , I think I saw .04tenths of a second as he was turning from under the center ,if the rule is if the clock runs out of time before the play is over , we did not make it . The ruling as I heard it was he did not get the play off . I think he did and we won the game . The players know it , and so do the players on the other tiger team . We will have to pass until the other teams think we may pass or we will have a cripple #7 before the Bama game . Our qb did not have enough time again we do not have the O Line that we need.
I don't, it's pretty obvious this is a poorly coached team. Even if you take everything we have witnessed for the last 6 seasons, you can look at your 2 veteran receivers and neither of them had the wherewithal to get out of bounds with less than a minute and a half on the clock. That is something veterans should have engrained in their heads. But not at LSU.
People trying to pin this on the officiating are missing this. Go watch the play. Dural is not only not set. He's real close to being offsides. Now, how everyone isn't set ready to go on a play like that, I have no idea, but this is a poorly coached football team. Has been for years. Les' luck has just run out or the players don't play for him anymore. Either way, it's time to go...
Speaking of clocks and time and shit...watch the play with 1 minute 30 seconds left. Durall catches a pass short of the first down and clearly steps out of bounds...they never stopped the clock. Thats like 20 seconds we lost.
