Sorry, but you're way off here John... LSU's very first black QB was Carl Otis Trimble (1974-76). I don't remember the exact years, but Donald "Lucky" Polk also played for the Tigers in the 80's. no sir, YOU obviously don't know what you are speaking about. Alley was allowed to make himself look better by saying he quit but in fact got kicked off the team for juicing when he was trying to come back from the knee injury and couldn't stay in shape.
