So their intel came from law enforcement? But that isn't what law enforcement was saying on the 16th and it's clear Obama did not have the whole story. If this kid was white, there is no twitter account set up, there is no social media explosion, there is no WH invite. It does not matter if Obama has invited thousands of white people to the WH. In this instance, the entire thing happened because he is muslim. And speaking of twitter and Ahmed's continued victory tour and press whoring.... Really? This is how a 14-year old poses with an official?
And you base this on what? Did Obama say that? No. Did Ahmed? No. When someone imagines that Obama is inviting him only because he is muslim, it is valid to point out that Obama invites a lot more people than muslims to the White House. Are there twitter accounts for non-muslims? Yes. This thing is about a kid mistreated because of science project. An American citizen, by the way. Our Constitution gives us of freedom of religion in this country. It is astonishing how quickly the right wing moves to ignore it simply because President Obama was friendly to an American kid.

It's also worth noting that this level of caution where kids with cases filled with jumbled wires, and especially kids that don't adequately answer questions about them are detained, it may be justified, when school massacres are basically a monthly occurrence in America. Speaking of school massacres, this guy who took all the bullets in an attempt to save lives in Oregon, he has not been invited to the White House. He should learn to make hoax bombs.
I have already said he didn't invent a clock. You are arguing with yourself. You said he went to the White House because he pretended to make a clock. He didn't. He went because he was mistreated by the police and Obama wanted to compensate him for it. He was and it is. He was released by the police with an apology because he was not hoaxing anything. You can't change the facts.
And there's the teachable lesson. Get a booboo, and you get compensated.....whether it be by money, lawsuit, gubment handouts, you name it. We are flat out creating victims where there need not be any.
