I am doing Wheat Belly. Lost close to 40 lbs pretty quick and the best part about it is not craving food or even really thinking about eating. Have to remind yourself.
Spot on bro, and congrats on your loss. I no longer crave a lot of things, but the 1st 2 weeks is the hardest, and i've lost just about 100# in 20 months... another thing that helped was we cut soda out of our diet completely back in July.
Damn...that is dedication. I don't drink sodas...only water. I chug 2 classes or more 4 times a day and sip the rest of the day. Been that way for a long time. Alcohol is my weak spot though but only on occasion and football season is hard.
I still drink, either scotch or Mich Ultra... the MU sucks but I can drink beer with almost no carbs.
They make a gluten free beer, maybe more than one I'm sure. One of my friends has a gf that drinks it and if I remember correctly it wasn't terrible, had more flavor than a Mich Ultra. Has to be worth trying. I think it had something to do with a bridge, woodbridge or something like that. Give it a shot.
Congrats to you guys that are "loosing" weight. I am all in, till I see food, then my mind goes blank. Pisses me off.
