    I guess I'm the only one that applies the butter after the bread is toasted. And most of the time I use the spray stuff.

    I haven't eaten bread in 20 months, my waistline loves me for it. But damn I miss bread, especially the Italian bread you dip in the seasoned oil.

    I am on my 2nd dose of no wheat, flour, starches..5 days so far which are the hardest part. I really kept off most of the weight I lost last time I did this over a year ago. Just started back because noticing less energy, more inflammation and aches, cravings, more toilet visits, headaches, etc... It is like I am wheat intolerant or something and never knew it. Crazy how much better I feel.

    Try going full on Atkins for 20 months, now I do have a carb cheat once every week or two, but for the most part I eat strictly protein and have cut out all sugars and other simple carbs. Like I said, my weight/waist line are happy about it, but sometimes it's hard watching everyone around you eating like shit constantly.
