Did you ever see a movie called Grambling's White Tiger? The actor formerly known as Bruce Jenner is the backup QB to Doug Williams. He knows he is never going to play so he asks Eddie Robinson to switch him to WR or DB. I forget which. Robinson tells him he won't do it because it would look like reverse racism.

Ironic!!! It's not what you see when it comes to "a" and "an." It's what you hear and that's often misunderstood. A lot, MOST, think it is an "A" before consonant. It's "a" before a word that starts with the sound of a consonant.

There are those who WANT him to fail so they can say they told us so (not true Tiger fans imho). You are right about most of us who think he will fail but are not happy about it because we want success. Then there are those who think we hate him because we believe he is not up to the task of turning us around. I will say this, if he crash and burns it won’t be because he didn’t try to change when something didn’t work. I do give him credit for exploring change.

 

That in itself is an improvement over Miles.
