DO NOT BOO on Saturday Night......

I'll be there Saturday night and no matter what, I won't be booing.

We need to be better than that.

As many have said already, our fanbase is legendary. We need to be loud and intimidating.

It's the last game of the 2009 regular season. We'll have to wait a month for the bowl game, and then wait another 7 months to see our Tigers play again.

Let's show some respect and appreciation to our seniors for their contributions. Many of them helped win us our last National Championship.

This is another point I've been thinking about. All the haters complain endlessly, regardless of wins or losses, so why do they not show their contempt by giving up tickets? Just a thought:tigereye:

 

Win or lose, these kids should never be boo'd. They give their heart and soul for our entertainment and should be praised for their efforts. If you want to get your frustrations out on the coaches find a different outlet. Miles and the athletic dept do have a means for the fans to be able to voice their displeasure. Unfortunatley many feel the need to do it at the games, where the kids really can't determine who the boo's are being aimed at, so it becomes aimed at them as well.

Has this idea been suggested over at TD?

I realize that TF would prefer that we not mention the competition.

But given the younger demographic of that board it might be worth a post.

 

Anyone who actually does this isn't worth a damn anyway. I didn't even think of that being an issue.

Senior day is not for the coaches ever, it's for the kids. If we don't honor those guys it will be a damn shame, and may every fan who boos never see a game again.

 

That's bs.......Boo the hell out of them....Let those seniors that brought you a nc learn that they can't sit on their butts. Let's impress on the recruits they they better get it straight if they want to wear p/g......Let the nation realize that LSU fans "really" do throw bags of piss at old women, etc.

Uh, I don't think it costs $20 to bitch anonymously on an internet forum. But besides that -- spot on.

Also.. please forgive me for wanting success to continue. I won't boo at a game, but I sure as hell will voice my opinion on the internet and other tools. I'm not 45 years old, I don't remember when LSU was no good.

I'm not a masochist, I don't want my team to suck. I'm not happy with 4-5 losses a year, and 3 on the year is barely okay. That being said.. 10-3 and all is well.
