Re: Darrington Sentimore You've got to be kidding... Haven't we learned anything yet. No offer from us means there's something there the coaches aren't comfortable with. Trust Miles and his staff to do what's best for LSU.

Re: Darrington Sentimore Well I was partially kidding and I'm not really that upset as I think it has become pretty clear we have bigger fish and they wanted to see his grades plus we dont have many spots left. However, we pass on a badass player for a kicker. Yes I know kickers are important. Les has always been a little slow when it has come to offering guys.
Re: Darrington Sentimore I am not really shocked because it is still questionable if he will receive an offer and he seemed to want to commit somewhere sooner rather than later. 1st it tells me that Miles has been honest with him and not giving out false hope. Either Miles told him we are not ready to offer and/or Sentimore wanted to put some pressure on the staff. So he is locked in to his 2nd option for now and if he gets an offer he can still change if he decides to. There is no denying he hasn't had LSU in his heart from the beginning. Could also be a great sign that Miles feels really good about other DL prospects higher on our board.
Re: Darrington Sentimore Thats contrary to what he himself and everyone here has been saying. I think he was all LSU and is a life long fan. Miles isnt perfect and nobody is but he stubbed his toe on this one. I dont believe its over but we slow played Sentimore because we thought we could get him any time. Instead the gumps come in and steal a life long LSU kid. He also has a brother who is a monster prospect too. Chances are this wont help with his recruiting.
