Re: Akiem Hicks Makes you wonder if Francois is indicating to the coaching staff that he is leaning towards bolting to the NFL. He shouldn't, he has had a fairly mediocre season.
Re: Akiem Hicks I dont think RJF is leaving, I think its more that you need dline depth and we lose a ton of guys off the line this year to graduation and the guy behind them are young with Corley, Clement, Hagans etc...
Re: Akiem Hicks It would not shock me if he left early..he hasn't had that great a season but he could really help his stock at the combine and he knows it.
Re: Committment from Akiem Hicks Dec 4 (free article on Scout) -- "Coach [Earl] Lane actually came out here this week, and I was his first visit. That shows me that LSU has nothing but love for me." ... "Coach [Les] Miles and coach [D.J.] McCarthy are coming out to see me next week," he said. "I am obviously really excited about that. There is nobody on the staff that I don't love, so it is great getting to spend time with them out here." Hicks was able to meet the staff in full for the first time during his trip to Baton Rouge for the Alabama game. ... "that game was amazing. I didn't really want to be in the stands, though, because the entire time I was jumping out of my seat trying to get a uniform on and get out there and play." http://louisianastate.scout.com/2/818272.html Hicks Hicks
Re: Committment from Akiem Hicks There's something about this kid I really like. I think he's gonna be a good one! This class is amazing like none other I have ever seen from any school. With or with out RR this class is special and will produce MNCs.
Re: Committment from Akiem Hicks And doesn't have that big gut you see on a lot of big players. Imagine a couple years in LSU's strength and conditioning program plus a couple more years of natural growth.:thumb::thumb::thumb:
