For what? To throw a five yard slant? They won't let JJ throw long.

I'd like to see that speedy #10 sometime, too.

Les does not seem happy with Crowton in the post game press conference.

I wouldn't go this far. We held Florida to its lowest points total in a long, long, long time. I'm as frustrated about the O as anyone, but when we hold ****ing Florida to 13 points, I'd say we're somewhat close to being a top ten team with our D. Let's not go overboard when we lose in a low-scoring game to the number 1 team in the country. There's a difference between frustration and hyperbole.

The sideline girl (Tracy?) said Chavis told them to hit him when he turns his head sometime in the 1st half. So supposedly they were told in the first half but never did.

I agree. We had no game plan on the offensive side of the ball. I'm ok with losing, but when the team is just so unorganized and lethargic and the number 1 team in the country is coming to town it is frustrating.

On the plus side we can play with anyone which is something we could not say last year. Maybe this loss will put some fire in the team and in the coaches.

I agree. This is bull! Not only that but you don't think recruits are going to look at the talented freshmen we have in RS and RR and see how they AREN'T bieng used! Other coaches (Saban/Julio Jones, Richt/AJ Jones, Meyer/everybody) use their talent early in a freshmens first year and the use them often. Miles will say he wanted to play RS more but couldn't find the right situation. We're in the middle of the season. He's done it several times already this season, even after the ULL game. This is sickening and can't continue to be tolerated. I truly believe that some of the coaches in this league could take our talent and make LSU the best in the land. You may hate Saban but look what he's done at LSU and now Alabama. But not CLM or Crowton. This does not reflect how the hard working people of Louisiana see themselves....playing not to lose rather than ripping the other teams heart out.

Everyone in chat tonight seemed to think Les was holding Crowton back. Is that not the case?

The D was Fantastic - if O had been half that good we'd have won handily.

I thought I heard it was corrected at halftime, but reguardless if they "told" them but did not stress and drive the point home until halftime...Then that is poor in-gametime coaching cause they did it the 1st play of the 2nd half

I don't know what the truth is there. A lot of people seem to think there's something to it though.

Our offense was really bad, but you got to give the Gators defense a little credit. That defense played a nearly perfect game. I always said that this team was a 10-2 team and I still stand by that.
