I'm thinking of doing a crawfish etouffe ravioli for when the kids come Saturday. Anybody ever done that?
I made crawfish etouffee stuffed bellpeppers one time. To day would have a great one to spend in the kitchen. Except for the fact that I would have t go out in the freezing rain to buy ingrediants. I might just have to order a pizza later. Forecast is for rain all day.
Yes. I've never done it, but it does sound like it would be good. This cold, wet weather has had me in the kitchen lately.
