One of the women I work with is on that. Amazing how much weight she’s lost. In fact, too much. She’s ate up with it (no pun). The other day she was saying how much she craved a pizza. I told her to get a dam pizza.
I was drinking a LOT of scotch, a WHOLE LOT. It just sort of crept up to about 1/2 a liter per night. Talk about your bad habits. Anyway, I decided to stop, and within a couple of weeks had dropped 12 pounds, so I made some other changes. I'll let y'all know when I'm where I want to be.
