I'm not a Tucker Carlson sycophant, but he's dead on here. Unless you want to watch the whole video, which I agree with, but not really relevant to this post, skip to 5:15.
Yep and Tucker is being vilified for saying it. Making matters worse, he has Dims on tape talking about just this very thing. Nothing makes them go harder than proof they did it.
It's infuriating. Their policies make where they live so bad that they flee, then rinse/repeat in the new location, destroying everything in their wake. And you're right, they hate it when their truth is thrown back in their face.
Yep and a bunch from NY and Michigan have moved to Florida. We have no home inventory for sale anymore. Average listing to sale is 3 days. My home value is up $150K in the last year according to Zillow. Houses that sold for $225-250K 4-5 years ago are going for $350-425K.
Myself and a few others live in Collin County, Tx. It sits on top of Dallas. It used to be a farm county, then a suburban county, and is now becoming a corporate headquarters relocation county. We are getting a ton of people relocating from the left coast. We also have a shit ton of immigrants from east Asia and sub Asia. Property values are ridiculous. I just sold my large home in Frisco for almost 2x I paid 8 years ago. A house is listed on Friday, seen by a hundred people, and sold by Monday. I didn't even have to list mine. Collin is a conservative county. This past election, Trump won the state 52 to 46% but won the county 51 to 47%. The margin is narrowing. The left coasters and immigrants are bringing blue votes with them while also paying stupid prices for homes.
this is why i am not a pure libertarian on immigration. i like Nicaraguans, i speak spanish and want more of their culture here. but i fear their terrible voting skill. they vote for daniel ortega in their home country and he is basically a socialist dictator. i want immigrants here, but i need them to want free market american capitalism. thats why i prefer cuban refugees. they know how important freedom is people that leave a place should be mindful of what ruined it
I’m looking to live out of Collin every time I find a place I like it’s gone by the time I inquire. Seriously considering raw land and a 5th wheel and just start building.
