He doesn't evaluate talent at all.

This is why most tigernation refers to him as "Dildeaux".

Do not put any stock into anything LSU-related he says.

    Correct.

He would be almost the last person on Earth you would ask his opinion on this subject.

I think the issue here is perception vs reality.

I think everyone would agree the perception is that when you are 13-0, and then 14-1..The SEC champ and all that, the class should reflect that. Regardless of metric. It normally does.

The reality is that we got some great guys, regardless of ranking, we got guys where we needed them, and we complemented our returning players well. You can't hate that.

    I sure don't.

Overall, I agree with him. It is an average class. While we filled a big need in linebackers we left too much on the table. The top 3 prospects went elsewhere. Considering LSU's record in the Miles era and the great season we had up to the NC game, we should have been able to do better. A good class but that is all. A top 15 class, but it could - and should - have been a top 5 class.

I wouldn't share the link to trash articles like this. sure, it's fun to make fun of, but by sharing the link, you just got his article a bunch of more page views (which they record), which gives him even more incentive to write more trash articles like that in the future

the dude only uses Rivals.com for his data, which he knows full well is the 1 of the 4 major recruiting services that LSU's signees ranked the worst in. he fraudulently ignores/hides how LSU's class ranks Top 10 in the nation per Scout and how LSU got several players ranked top 10 in their position by the other three major recruiting services

the guy knows he's being a fraud, and he does it on purpose because it draws more attention to his articles

do your part to keep Louisiana clean of trash. instead of sharing the link to trash articles like this, ignore it. or... if you must share it, don't include the link so he doesn't get more page views. just cut and paste the text and cite the article's title, author, and source without linking to it

This guy is the Skip Bayless of LSU reporting. I would rather hear a fat baby fart than listen to him talk.
