Scout's layout is terrible. They don't have a good front page for national news like Rivals does, and even their individual sites for each school - the layout is just plain ugly. As far as school ratings go, both are guilty of overhyping certain schools' players, but Rivals is worse. And as drc said, Scout has a tendency to adjust their ratings to match Rivals, which discredits them some. I don't pay a whole lot of attention to the number of stars an athlete has, so I am not real sure which is better at that. Rivals seems to always get more respect in that department, although I've heard that Scout has a better JUCO system. As for LSU's Rivals & Scout pages, I don't like Mike S. at Tigerbait & Sonny at TigerRag is great...
Rivals is the better overall site IMO and Rivals is more "well known". Rivals has been rumored to be co-owned by a Bama fan and that is why Bama has such a high class. Bama's class is nothing to celebrate. They got most of the leftovers.
Thanks for letting me know that. I have no opinion on the matter, never paid for either one so your post is very imformative. :nope:
