    Ok, so anyone who has ever worked in concert promotions, or event promotions, and has had to bring in someone to speak or perform knows that celebs, artists, whatever, require hotel rooms that have certain amenities provided. Maradona is pretty famous, he was part of the Argentine team that won the world cup with the infamous "Maradona hand ball". But this is a little ridiculous.

    Ten hot dishes a day as well as 14 different salads for every meal;
    Three different pasta sauces with each meal and at least three puddings;
    A braai once in three days; and
    Ice cream available all day.

    Maradona is a fricking crackhead. The guy had crazy talent but he has always been a mental midget.

    What do you expect? He plays soccer for crying out loud. What a pile of doo doo that game is. Last for like 14 hours and then when it is over oh wait a minute, it still isn't over. They somehow find a way to put a mysterious amount of time back on the clock. Couple this with the fact that both teams have a goal the size of arkansas and after 14 hours plust that extra bullchit they tack on at the end the game ends tied at 0.

    Yeah that sucks.:thumb:

    gotta be a lil bit loopy to play

    Ohhhh yes I did. The only way soccer could ever be enjoyable was if it were played by vicky secret models in a variety of outfits from the store. Or you should already know my idea of turning loose oh say 20 or so rabid monkeys with machine guns during a game, match, whatever the hell you call that boring try to kick the ball into the net thing. Soccer SUCKS, deal with it homie.:hihi:

    Many people would say the same about baseball. To each their own. If you want a really boring game, watch cricket.

    14 hours? Soccer is 90-100 minutes of regular time max. Not a 1 hour game with 2.5-3 hours of timeouts, half time shows, and commercials.

    The thing I dislike the most is the flopping that happens in international soccer. Almost all big league soccer is more enjoyable to watch, especially the EPL. I really think they should add a "box" ref that can tell the main one to play on in an obvious dive.

    On topic, maradona lost his mind long ago and I can't believe they gave him the HC job. PS: most call that play "hand of god".

    Hand of God and one of the Greatest individual goals in the history of the World Cup. Both in the same game, both by Maradona.
