How can you prove that he knowingly sexted a minor? Like I said, If the person he was chatting with made it known that she was a minor, then yes, he needs to be terminated and pay some heavy fines, and be placed on probation. How does that work? If you physically have an encounter with a minor even if she tells you she's of age and provides an ID you think is real, it doesn't matter. I wonder what the threshold is in a situation where you don't see the person three dimensionally.
