Did the pundits such as Corso/Herbstreit/May, etc have a profound effect on the way the coaches and harris voters casted their votes?

I told DOTB that the moment I became TOTALLY convinced LSU was in the title game was when Herbstreit stated that LSU should be playing OSU in the title game. It was during the broadcast of the OU/Missou game. He could have easily gotten on the OU bandwagon and given them an even bigger boost in the human polls. But essentially OU finishing #2 and LSU #3 in the human polls would not have been enough for OU to finish ahead of LSU anyway (computer polls were so much more in LSU's favor).

Possible. Cowherd had a guy on his show as early as last week saying it would be us and OSU if both WVU and Mizzou went down. That wasn't you on there was it?
