It seems like young people are sick of old people running this country.

I'm sick of old people claiming to be something they are not.

Could you define “old” and “young” please.

And the last time I checked...90 year olds aren't running anything except weekly bingo games....and most “baby boomers” are either retired…or retiring.

Could you add a few more years to that figure?

When the Baby Boomers are turning 65 at a rate of 10,000/day, yep they do have some say in what goes on.

Close Bud. I know some 65 year olds that the hubby was heading to the golf course and the wife heads to the mall. He works at the Pro Shop and she works in a clothing store in the mall. Many are working longer, thats just the facts. Trying to lengthing there savings. Lots of companies like hiring the older crowd, they show up on time and do the job.

There is a sucker born every minute. It has been this way since the dawn of civilization. Young people think that they know it all and it still takes them 30 years to wise up, take charge, and get rich.

Most Baby boomers are at their peak of productivity in their late 40's and 50's. The early boomers born in 1945 just turned 65 last year. 90% of the boomers are still working, holding the best jobs, and this won't change for a long time. They all won't be retired until the last ones turn 65 in 2029.

Well damn…that is a lot wider of a spectrum then I think of when I think of “baby boomers.” I would of thought that the youngest were now in their early sixties….my B.
