G-LSU was over at my house last night for dinner, and we talked about having a get together for the Appy State game. We thought it would be fun to invite DFW Tigerforums members and do a sort of remote "Meet-n-Greet" like the Team Katt guys do on the Parade Grounds @ LSU. Now, we realize that the Metroplex is extremely spread out, but since G and I both live in Plano, I'm offering up the "O" residence as the location. What we had in mind was: Watching the Appy State game together; we also talked about renting a margarita machine and maybe mixing up hurricanes in there. We could have typical football-watching foods, and maybe grill some burgers and hot dogs or something. If you're interested, please let me know, and we'll get the ball rolling with this thing. I can comfortably seat about 8 or 9 on my sectional and another 3 on our hearth in our family room. Plus, there's always the floor. And if your wives don't really like football, they can hang out on the patio or in the kitchen or in the formal areas. My kids will be here, so kids are invited, too. Absolutely. I'll pm you with more details as we get it worked out. I've been out to Lantana before; it's a nice area. Probably taking the George Bush from the DFW area would be your best bet getting into Plano from there.

I was thinking 380, but I didn't know if he wanted to go all the way up to Denton and back down again. And, of course, 121 through The Colony can be such a whippin'. Yes, there is beer and wine readily available just across the street from my neighborhood--in stumbling distance is the way we described it Saturday, right G?
