:geaux: Thanks Parso. Sounds like Molton could really get lost in the shuffle based on who we have now and what's coming in. He might want to look at converting to DB or something unless he makes some lights out progress at WR. Otherwise, looks like a lot of time on the scout team. :LSU231:

A few guys will definitely get lost in the shuffle - there isn't enough PT to go around to all of them. That certainly could include Molton, but I haven't heard anything about him since he got on campus so I have no clue.

I expect to see some transfers from the WR position, and position changes are also possible - although I view J Taylor as a more likely change to DB than the others.

The problem is that LSU will be equally as stacked at DB.

Peterson, Hawkins, Eugene, Jones, Jackson, etc... etc... etc...

It's good to be a team that has talent everywhere. :)

Can you give me more information on OL and DL players. Specifically how the coaches seem to feel about playing Blackwell, Levingston, and McCoy. I was wondering if they would move McCoy to OG also.

I've heard good things about Blackwell & Levingston - nothing on McCoy.

An update on Molton, I've read several people that have said the coaches are very high on him & he's coming along nicely - Moffit & McCarthy, in particular. This is great news.

Maybe JJ and him can hook up on the long ball like they did in high school. He seems like one of those gliders that isn't running hard, but is really moving fast. It was kind of hard to project how he would do in college because he was catching mostly long balls, often wide open. I really didn't know how his route running would be because they had a little guy who was the possession receiver and ran the short precise routes on their team.

I heard McCoy wouldn't be on the team next year. Was I tricked?

You can go ahead and say we'll be 3-0

LOL, that made me chuckle too. Here's to not having a Troy situation with ULL.

Molton made some really impressive catches and runs at Destrehan. He and JJ obviously have some chemistry, and he's certainly fast enough. I think we'll hear from him at some point during his career here. Hard to say when, with all these studs on the depth chart at the position, but at some point he will play.

Could end up just having a Brazell career path; wait it out and contribute some big plays as a senior.
