Tasmin Mitchell, who is considered one of the top high school basketball players in the nation, has called a news conference for noon today at Denham Springs High School to announce what college he will be attending. A secretary at Denham Springs High contacted several area media members and television stations Thursday with news of the news conference. Mitchell, a 6-foot-7, 220-pound forward who is a senior at Denham, is expected to decide between LSU and Kentucky.
