I think he did the best considering what he inherited as far as personnel. I say give him at least one more year.
How many games this season has his offense actually shined? Who is knocking down his door trying to steal him from us?
I think only BK and/or Mike know the answer? If BK is satisfied with what he accomplished considering what he had to work with I'm fine.
One problem to me seems to be the lack of consistency of Jayden Daniels. Paraphrasing Forest Gump, "he's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get."
I don’t know if I can trust BK’s opinion on OC yet, but he’s earned a lot of good will this year, so hard to disagree.
Do we have a offensive identity? To answer that question let’s start back in Jan.when we had 39 scholarship players and CBK had do what ever he had to do to fill out a roster. He brings in Daniels who turns out to be our best (only?) option at QB. So CBK & Dembrock built the offense around Daniels skillset. Daniels running ability also gave cover to an inexperienced line (that actually has jelled faster than we all thought). I wouldn’t exactly call this an offensive identity, but they made do with what they had. I don’t think we will find out our offensive identity until CBK gets his quarterback. I don’t think its either Daniels or Nuss. If we are lucky, it’s Howard.
