I'm sure the Supreme Court would disagree.

    Speaking of them....

I wonder if someone could file a suit to get this snow job halted? They got involved in an election, why not a health care bill?:D

Actually it's easy to determine if someone is liberal, moderate, or conservative.

If you're a rare or accidental hypocrite...you're probably a moderate.

If you're an occasional or accidental hypocrite...you're probably a conservative.

    If you're always a hypocrite...YOU'RE a liberal.

Guess what red...you're not the moderate you claim. :hihi:

Still waiting for the defense of the Louisiana Democrats who have kept us ranked at the bottom for the past 100+ years. Hard to blame Bush for that...but I'm sure you will.

    m/m...Patriot Act?

he had my vote, but he was too fiscally conservative. he didnt want to lose his money by entering a race he wasnt sure he'd win.

i think they are more defined by their position on abortion. that is the wedge issue that has biased 90% of voters

    I see . . . :hihi:

I am glad you mentioned that. Here are the enumerated limits.

Please point out which article prohibits Congress from passing a health law. Take your time.

    Facts is facts, Hoss.

Look up enumerated. It doesn't have to specifically prohibit. It has to specifically allow...Hoss.

Any power not enumerated is a power left to the states.
