Yeah I get it. The about-face I'm referring to was several months ago the Repubs were in this very predicament. Now things seem to be clearing up a bit while the Dems are facing a self-inflicted wound of sorts with one of their own breaking out as an Independent.
Well he was a Republican before he became an independent. So it's been since 2000 that he was a Demoncrat. But yeah, he's a lefty in all due respects.
You're touching on why I'm not against it, necessarily. I see so many kids living in misery, being raised by grandparents who are poor and tired. When I read the bookings in the weekly Sunday paper I could tell you stories about so many of the names I see. They don't have a chance.
You know, when I first registered to vote I was a Democrat. Seemed like back then the Democratic party represented the middle class.
Guns ain't going nowhere. Bloomberg is best for the economy and foreign policy, the only issues that matter. All other issues are frivolous.
That's the problem. People obsess over issues that don't matter. Anything a candidate says about anything that doesn't have to do with fiscal/tax policy or foreign policy can and should be ignored. Guns and gays and planned parenthood and women's salaries all the rest, pointless bullshit.
