    Video ==> [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feiK0V10JS4"]2011 Insight Bowl - Full Skycam Crash Fiasco (w/ Replays) - YouTube[/ame]

    Overhead camera came down to the field close to players at the Insight Bowl, and the guide wires were just as dangerous. I know ESPN likes to become a part of the game, but this is just going too far :)

    Nice work by the bands to quickly play the ESPN theme...

    That could have ended very badly. Thank god those Iowa players didn't get hit.

    The ESPN cameraman was pissed. Must have been his camera.

    I'm actually surprised this doesn't happen more often, specially when punters like Wing can hit the wires. :)

    So ONE skycam got a little overzealous in anticipation for 2012. Can't blame em, you know how long they've been planning this takeover?

    I saw a couple of tweets that were pretty good... the first was something like the Skycam could have been the Defensive MVP at the Alamo Bowl and the other was ESPN would side with the Machines in the up coming war.

    Yeah the way the dragged that thing off the field last night it reminded me of the end of T2 after the liquid nitrogen spill the way he dragged himself across the lot. Hilarious...

    Given ESPN's tendency to not admit their mistakes, I wonder if this one will make their Not Top 10 list next week?
