I remember an interview someone had with D. Byrd and he made the comment that a bunch of guys he had gone to JC with were calling him saying "man, you gotta get me on (LSU)" i.e. setting them up to talk to the coaches, etc. Could be that Coulter was one of these guys.

And sorry I don't have a link, just something I remember from one of our later games. I think it was a girl interviewing him on the field.

It says Coulter has already signed a Letter of Intent with FSU.

Not sure how we are still in the running for this kid.

We already have 2 great DE's in this class anyway. I know JC guys usually crack the lineup sooner, but I don't think this is a need area right now.

Where are we at with Moses McCray? This is the lasted article about him

Defensive tackle Moses McCray committed to Florida State seven months ago but has left several other options open. Is he now solid to Florida State? The 6-foot-2, 268-pound lineman from Tampa (Fla.) Hillsborough took an official visit to LSU back in October and has stayed in touch with the Tigers' staff.

We didn't get the first DT Thompson, who went to Oregon. If we don't get the second DT Thompson, or even if we do, do we get Bo Tillman DT from Mississippi. I haven't heard much about him lately on here. He is rated 4 star on both rivals and scout.

I don't really think getting a JUCO DT makes any sense. We have more than enough guys with experience who can get the job done, and there is more depth behind them than any other D-Line in the country (besides maybe USC, ok uscvball ;p). We are fine at D-Line, we need to step it up with any LB's that may be out there.

The first Thompson was a Juco, but I don't think Bo Tillman or the second Thompson are Juco's.

Sounds like its not looking good with Bryant, McClain, Brown, or Johnson.
