Defensive Domination: Gilbeau???

    Yeah, but if it is disguised right, it's the hardest blitz for a QB. I'm not saying we need to do a lot of that. But I would certainly throw it in (here and there) because against better offenses, we'll become too predictable on defense with no pressure at all. We're going into game 6 now and will need some pressure at times. I don't know if I ever recall an LSU team going three straight games without a sack.

    I realize that at the end of the game we were only rushing three so I can give them a break on that. But it happened in the State game as well I believe and we weren't close then either. I think we need a little more awareness on the D-line.

    Agreed on both points. But for right now I'm happy to see they're doing a much better job of closing up some of those gaping holes that opposing RBs had to run through up the middle in earlier games.
