I'll even tell you more guns = more homicides because a suicide is counted as a homicide. Thats the problem with the number you throw around. Suicides are included in the lefts ramble. I posted a chart earlier that shows the violent assault rate per citizen compared to your dream country Australia. You didn't respond.
It's an immaterial point. Even excluding suicides from the statistics our rate is six times higher than the next advanced country. But I'm not sure why you'd want to exclude suicides from gun violence stats, anyway.
I rarely dispute FactCheck.org. I find it rather hypocritical that you suddenly embrace them. Aside from all that, there are multiple reasons why crime rates as a whole, not just gun crimes, have been coming down for 20 years. Gun proliferation is probably not among them. https://www.theatlantic.com/politic...y-causes-of-americas-decline-in-crime/385364/
So quote me disputing them. However you assert more guns = more crime and death right? You haven't proved that. Gun ownership in America is 90 guns per 100 citizens yet we have 3.6 gun deaths per 100,000K. Come at us with a reasonable solution. You want to ban AR-15's dont you?
