Do we have a legitimate shot at signing this Big DE from Wisconsin? If LSU is not in the driver's seat who is? I know he has a visit to Tennessee coming up,
but sounds like he really likes LSU. But I thought the same with DT- Terrance Taylor.....It would seem to me that Henderson would make the perfect Bookend at SDE to Al Jones at WDE.

Something else I have been thinking about for awhile is QB - Josh Portis from CA. I'm not sure where we stand with him, but if his height & speed is listed even remotely close, he may be a good candidate to play QB, and possibly be a tall WR as well.

A defensive end from wisconsin...I saw that a few days ago on rivals and I had to look twice at the state....Have we ever had a big time player come from Wisconsin?

Don't know where we stand, but I really want both of them. Portis is visiting us, so that's good at least. Out of the QB's remaining he's the one I want.

As crazy as it sounds, we do appear to be in the driver's seat for this young man. Its still early but its a great sign that he took his first official visit to LSU. We showed him what kind of defense we play here and he was very impressed. He seems like he is a hard worker from what I have seen written about him and it is evident from watching video on him that he plays with ALOT of emotion.

Sister is at Southern; favorite uncle lives in New Orleans. This helps.
