    About a month ago an FSU poster close to Stinson indicated LSU was quietly going after him very hard, so we've been on him for a while.

    Looks like Bama/LSU battle.

    Coach Lane is on him hard. But Coach Lane may not be here possibly. We shall see.

    Probably no chance at Stinson (and Montgomery for that matter) if Lane is fired.

    Stinson canceled his trip to FSU this weekend...looks like its down to LSU/Bama with Bama the heavy lean....just wondering why he hasn't committed yet :huh:

    Les Miles will have his in-home visit with Stinson and his family Sunday night and he visits BR next weekend.

    BTW...apparently Haley has made up some ground with this kid...we aint totally out of it yet

    Supposedly LSU has made up a lot of ground on Stinson, but if signing day were tomorrow he would be going to Alabama.

    Sounds like Miles in home visit went great...its a long shot but we will see if it leads to an unofficial.

    We're definitely back in it, and with Montgomery looking like a flake, it's good that we now have 2 shots at getting that DE we want.

    Logan won't be a bad backup option, however.

    Few Bama fans getting very nervous about Stinson. Especially with Petey Smith apparently about to commit to them. Bama is having these out of the blue recruits popping up.. makes me feel good about our chances against them head-to-head.

    It wouldn't shock me at all if we get him.

    We'll see if Stinson actually makes it here this weekend.

    If he does, then LSU should have a near 50/50 shot with landing him.
