What was bad was the kickoffs. Only a few made it inside the 10 and a majority around the 20. Punting was also all over the place but the punters have made significant improvement.
I did notice that all of TigerSportsDigest's scrimmage summery was identical, word-for-word, to LSUSports's. At least with Deville gone, they no longer put an individual name on it as though they wrote the LSU Sports release themselves. Pretty minor point, but I would have a problem with someone passing on the Scout.com affiliates info without crediting it. The LSUSport's release gets picked up by many outlets, even the Associated Press. It's fair game for distribution and meant to be used that way...
according a friend of mine who works for sports information and was doing stats for the scrimmage he said the punting was god awful and the kickoffs were just as bad....and the Chad Jones is a freak, but we all knew that already :wave:
