I eat there once a year on my mother's birthday or the anniversary of her death cause as single mom with three kids it was all she could afford to take us out to eat, and maybe one other time when my brothers get together. It's not the quality of the food it's the nostalgia for us. My older brother actually loves it still, it's sentimental for me with a couple favorite options, and my younger brother only tolerates it cause of the memories. *shrugs* Its a terribly unhealthy place to eat, I mostly do my own cooking as I stick to a keto diet most of the time. I figured those who do miss the place miss it for the memories as well.
This. Poncho's was the joint for anyone on a 20 something budget and a weed induced appetite. I only raised the flag once, to keep it up. I would probably be grossed out if I went back, but the memories there are legend in broke dick dining experiences.
Oh, Im takin a fieldtrip if they got the fresh made soapapillas come straight out the fry station on the dining floor.

A potential LB coaching morsel to share. https://footballscoop.com/news/sources-lsu-seeking-to-hire-an-acc-defensive-coordinator/
Generally not a fan of Diaz. Not so sure I want anything to do with someone he thought was a good hire. Then again there is O. Sort of two peas in a pod so who knows, it could work.
I am 50/50 on this guy. Some positives some negatives. He knows Louisiana and has had great success at LaTech. His record at da U is suspect but sometimes the HC and DC don't mesh personality clashed coaching clashes about schemes and he may be better off at another school. I am sold on Jones not yet on this guy.
