I live close to Birmingham. UAB built a new program after being shut for several years. Won their conference more than once already. I’m sure some of the coaches will be moving up elsewhere eventually.
IMO....Muschamp has yet to grasp the current state of offenses that proliferate CFB. Coming from an adversarial POV hire him but I think you would get a defense that would be along the lines of Georgia Lite.
Oh, if we hire Muschamp, I'm hating on O worse than nootch AND tap in the same shithouse. That fugger needs to find a home in the sunbelt and stay there.
Pruitt may not survive the Tennessee investigation. He may be available. Of course Muschamp and Steele are still out there. Chris Ash if Texas doesn’t retain him. David Reeves from UAB Jim Leonhard from Wisconsin With O going so young and inexperienced on the OC side, I’m thinking he may make a more experienced hire on the DC side. I like what Elko did in College Station this year. At least force Jimbo to bump his pay.
My dad was from Atlanta, so I went to a lot of Braves games as a kid. Falcons didn't stick, he could never figure THAT out. Oh yeah, there are a few. The missed extra point after the all the laterals against the Jaguars. I can't even remember now if it mattered, but I remember they had to win to make the playoffs. The no call PI against the Rams AND the Vikings, the Stefon Diggs TD, beast quake...yeah, there are some that stuck with me. But every LSU loss sticks, and I can name a lot more of those.
I've never said anything of the sort. Ever. I just believe in giving him credit for what he has accomplished and you believe in giving him none. After 1/9/12 (9 years ago today), I never thought we'd have another shot at an undefeated season, let alone 15-0 and one of the best teams ever and yet we did it with Ed Orgeron as the head coach and you can't stand that fact. You're even on record as saying it's something he'd never do at LSU, so he's already exceeded your expectations. Taking a page from @COTiger 's outdated, Les Miles playbook:
