I find it amazing how fickle we are as fans. I have been watching the Tigers since the early 70's with my dad (football, baseball, track, etc.) and now with my son. I remember in the 80's if you could have hired a coach who would have done what CLM has you would have cut off your right leg to get him. Three 2 loss seasons,SEC West Champs & a Peach Bowl, Sugar Bowl Champs, Outright SEC Champs & a BCS Title, most would have thought it was christmas and CLM walked on water. Be paitent guys things will be good. CLM is in control of this not us, he owes us no inside information or anything else except to win football games. One bad season does not end Tiger football, or would you guys rather he get run off and we go back to multiple bad years.:nope:

I completely agree with this, but if the right decision isn't made, back to multiple bad years could be where we are headed. I have faith in Miles to make the right decision. So far, the co-DC experiment has been his only misjudgment.

Yet how many times in the history of college football does a team with a former coach who brought a program to greatness end up not just at another school, but with a divisional rival after just 2 years? This is really an unprecedented situation. Times have changed and college football is fast becoming every bit the "win now" league that the NFL is, and given the pro ball mentality of the SEC, that isn't surprising. Right now Les is having to earn every penny of his multi-million dollar contract with everything he's got on his plate. There's a tremendous amount of pressure on him, most of it justified and some not, and I certainly wouldn't want to be in his shoes at the moment.

Well the offense sure got a lot of real-game practice in tackling this year so I think we'll be better next year in that regards.
