Now that LSU is in the search for a DC, the name that comes up high on the list , esp. among fans, is Tenuta because of his aggressive style of defense. However, having seen how the Tigers rally around Pellini, and Miles because of who they are, would Tentura be a good fit? Players respect and love Pellini, and the same for Miles . The special thing about Miles team is that there is a sense of togetherness, coaches and players. I have heard that Tenuta can be somewhat of an Ass.......not sure how true that is. I trust that Miles will make the best choice.

You know I'll have been wrong cause I thought for sure we wouldn't hire anyone in-house but I read today where something was said to make some believe Miles had someone from his current staff in mind. Sorry Deceks, I'd responded to your post the other day, inaccurately. I guess I need to shut up about LSU hiring coaches.
I don't know anything about Tentura. I think I had that at Ichiban once. Shrimp Tentura? I did hear that John Tenuta is pretty good, though.
Strictly a hunch on my part, but I think if something isn't announced by Friday then odds are it will be an in house promotion. Don't bet the ranch on it. :wave:
