Is it safe to say that he cant handle the competition in the SEC and feels he will get more exposure in the big 12? Just sayin..... He may feel that he wants to go and try to help Texas establish a defense and get more praise.
That plus Texas doesn't have a real tough schedule. Davis would get lost in the wash of SEC defenses. Maybe he's chicken.
AS i said on the Recruiting board...this kid is from the biggest ghetto in shreveport....he doesnt know how to react to this kind of attention....he went to woodlawn High school....they ahvent won 2 games in a single year in two-three decades these kids from that neighb0or hood in shreveport dont know how to win or compete3...he lloked so good because he was so much bigger than the other kids in thaT area...dont be to upset at losing him, he does not have the discpline to win a job.....he was scared by the kwon sign etc....No big Loss... ETA: I am from bossier city we have played woodlawn for the loas 40 years I know the eniter area real well and I can tell you from being the boss of alot of these woodlawn kids loyalty is not a big item on the list....Background so tha you under stand I know the area this kid comesw from....:geauxtige
I agree I think he has been highly devalued by the system and year he played in this year...early on his talent was evaluated much higher.....i think he will be a good one for the tigers....:geauxtige:LSU231:
I'm pumped about him also. He was considered a 5 star prospect going into last season. He's got the talent. As for Davis, I wish him well at UT. I know in my heart that he will regret letting the bull crap from all of the negative fans get to him.
