The only thing I can figure is Gary Danielson cought some LSU Tiger messing around with his ole lady, because he never has anything good to say about them. There's always some excuse. The ref got in the way, or there was holding there but the ref's didn't catch it. He makes my ass want to take a dip of snuff.
I believe Danielson and Lundquist have called at least 5 LSU games this year. They still mispronounce names. If you didn't know better you'd believe that they hadn't seen LSU play all year.
I think he's just a complete idiot. He actually said that the play on the field would be overturned because when the receiver caught the ball his knee was on the ground. He then proceeded to say, because the receiver's knee was down, it would be an incomplete pass. That's just inexcusable
Agreed. I can't tell you how much I loved hearing about our lucky break on the illegal procedure in the first quarter, for the entire first quarter. I was actually surprised that he didn't mention it in the second half. :geaux:
Gary Danielson is a smart guy, too bad that he knows that he is. He's always trying to overanalyze every single play. I was so pissed at him when he kept on saying that Chevis had interfered with a WR on that deep ball where Chevis layed out and got his hand in there to knock a big completion away. He clearly tugged on the jersey AFTER he hit the ball, yet Danielson kept on saying that it was a pass interference. I didn't mind him before but the dude is just annoying, he's constantly arguing against LSU on penalties and reviews...
Holy sh*t some of you focus entirely on the negatives. Did you hear when they said Dorsey should be in the running for the Heisman? Or when G.D. said that Dorsey was one of the greatest guys they've ever met? Or how about the way they totally gush over Holliday?
I just wonder if refs watching these replays might be a little more flag happy against the Tigers because of nonsense like this.
