    lets not forget nancy kerrigan or john elway. actually sharpe looked so much like the actual mascot it was scary.

    Rivals mentioned that he bench presses "over 300 lbs." ...so, if that's true, then wouldn't 26 reps of 185 lbs seem a bit light if it were bench press??

    ...but on the flip side, 185 lbs seems to be rather high for bicep curls.... Unless he's half man, half moose! :eek:

    Most HS test bench at 185. Josh Thompson (from AU, NG) set the Ga HS record at 56, then had that beat by someone else latter that day with 62.

    Deceks is right. 185 is what high schoolers do. 26 is very respectable but nothing to write home about.

    If it is just 305 lbs. it isn't that great, but again he is still in high school. Think about it, if you weigh near 300 lbs and are pressing your body weight it isn't really a great feat. 185 lbs isn't light for that many reps because you get tired. As I said in an earlier post, the NFL combine uses 225 lbs. for reps.
